Keep learning, growing and certifying

Why should you keep learning, taking certifications and elevating yourself yearly?

The answer is simple: "What got you here, won't get you there."

We simply sit down at some point and say: "Here is where I stay" but... what if you want more?

In today's world, it's more important than ever to keep learning and acquiring at least some digital certifications, learn a new language and have connections. What about getting better jobs, higher salaries, and escaping the 9-5 schedule?

If you know me, you probably know that I have a big following on Social Media and, even though most people there share their love for my talents with everything I post, I get pretty criticised when I share that I'm studying or working on the weekends. The same people loving me for my talents are telling me to take a break, to stop working, to do nothing but... how can I achieve big if I simply wait for Monday to follow somebody else's dream sitting at a desk chair?

Top Employers are always looking for unique candidates who are up-to-date with the latest skills and technologies.

Would you hire someone who can't wait to leave at 5 pm on Friday and hates coming in on Mondays? Or someone who spends their free time climbing up, learning, and developing skills that can elevate your company even further...

By continuously learning (and even getting certified in small new things), not only are you securing your spot there, you are securing a spot in your next better job or a better chair in your current one.

Certifications might demonstrate your commitment to your profession and your willingness to go above and beyond, but what those around you recognize (colleagues, clients, fans...) are your credibility and expertise.

Professional growth or simply specialisation in a particular area can make a huge impact in your life, maybe even transition to a new field.

Keep up with industry changes, the world is constantly changing, and industries are no exception.
